What is it
A free state service, run by the DGALN, that checks your rental documents, watermarks them against identity theft and turns them into one dossier you can share by link.
Do I need it
No, it is optional. It is widely recognised by landlords and agencies, and it keeps your file to the documents the law actually allows.

What happens next

- The DossierFacile team checks the file is complete and compliant, and adds a protective watermark to your documents.
- You then share it as a link with a chosen recipient and can cut off access at any time.
- Documents are deleted automatically after 45 days of inactivity on the account.
